Set up your College Apps
Once you have activated your account, we suggest you set up your account ready for action. Here are some useful apps to get you started.
Every learner at South Thames Colleges Group (STCG) has a user account which gives access to:

Your college timetable in Microsoft Outlook
Your personalised timetable will show your lessons by date and time and will help you plan your schedule. Your college timetable will be finalised on 16th September 2022 (the end of induction week).
Please watch this short video below on accessing your college timetable on any device.
Important!
You must have set up your calendar to use the correct time zone, please check the language and time zone settings. This can be done by clicking:
Settings > View all Outlook settings > General > Language and time

Please choose English (United Kingdom) for the language and set the current time zone to (UTC +00:00) Dublin, Edinburgh, Lisbon, London .
Installing Office 365 at home, and on mobile devices free of charge!
Install on to home PCs and Macs, laptops and tablets and mobile phones. After you have installed the software you will need to activate it using your college username and password.
Just go to www.office.com and look for the Install Office button.
